General Maintenance Position open in small local real estate company. Duties are, but never limited to; landscaping, cleaning, moving furniture, demo work, painting, I am willing to train the right person. Pay is $15 to $18 per hour DOE. With the right attitude and being on time we will offer bonuses and PTO after 6 months. Must have insurance own transportation and be able to drive company truck. Must be OK to work weekends during the summer season.
If you do drugs, can't show up on time and have a good attitude please do not waste my time or yours.
