Skilled and Laborers/Handyman wanted We have immediate openings in the Metro Houston and surrounding areas for Skilled Laborers/Handyman We are quickly becoming Houston’s number one go-to company for bank REO and real estate investors' property maintenance, rehab, and property preservation work. This is because we do good quality work and we have fast completion time frames. We receive a high volume of work orders on a daily basis so therefore we need awesome candidates to work with us. We are looking for Skilled Laborers/Handymen for immediate hire. Our ideal candidate for this position commands the skills and experience to work within a fast-paced maintenance crew. This person must possess good work ethics, professionalism, and honesty. Skilled Laborers/Handyman responsibilities are: • Working cohesively within their maintenance crew (1 to 2) individuals • Moving supplies and materials • Meeting deadlines • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times; • Communicate regularly with your crew leader for instruction • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management that may be required. Position requirements: • 2+ yrs. of work experience in construction, maintenance, handyman, or related field • Must have own hand tools and power tools needed • Must be able to travel to work sites • A smartphone is needed for the apps we use • Ability to speak English, • Authorized to work in the U.S. The projects to be completed can range from: • Completing entire home renovations Top to Bottom • Painting • Drywall • Construction or framing • Laying tile, Linoleum, and or stretching or laying padding and carpet • Trash-outs and cleanups We 1099 all contractors.
