We are looking to hire ASAP! Currently seeking a part-time Groundskeeper/Porter for our residential property complex at the Universe at Mariners Cove in the Silverton section of Toms River. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Ongoing maintenance of all exterior & interior buildings, grounds, property and common areas of the Universe at Mariners Cove. -Maintaining all property and grounds for optimal appearance, cleanliness and safety. -Respond to all tenant work orders for service or as directed by a supervisor. -Walk the property daily to assess that all areas are free from trash and debris. -Sweeping and/or blowing debris, raking wet leaves, garbage removal, shoveling snow, replacing light bulbs and maintaining safety and building equipment as neccesary. -Assisting in preparing units for market readiness and tenant occupation, -Maintaining garbage compactor area to be free from garbage and debris. This is a part-time position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. This is primarily an outdoor position and the potential candidate must be able to work in adverse weather conditions (e.g. cold weather, hot weather, rain, snow, fog, etc.) on occasion. This candidate must have the ability to legally work in the U.S. This candidate must have a valid NJ (or other state equivalent) driver's license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
