Vocalist, Lyricist looking for guitar player and other musicians

I am really not looking to play out anytime soon and definitely not looking to join anyone's band. I am a very solid tenor lead vocalist and have a few ideas for some originals so I welcome any guitar player, keys, or bass player who is interested in writing our ideas together. We all have our different tastes and genre's, so being that this is my post, lol, I'm looking for once to do stuff that I'm interested in, of course anyone has ideas similar, let's add that in. What I tend to lean toward are writing styles of pop/rock, top 40 rock, whatever you'd like to label it. I call it music that sells millions of records. :) Examples being bands like Pearl Jam, STP, Fuel, Bush, Black Crowes from back when, and others like Goo Goo Dolls, Matchbox Twenty, Daughtry, The Fray, and many others. Strong ballads along with rock also. Hooky songs that sell, although I don't think in terms of writing for money. I don't mind doing covers "if" it comes to a full performing band but ideally, just looking to find anyone who thinks along the lines of writing "like" the bands above. Like most of us, I have a job so looking in the southside area for others so it's more convenient to schedule times to get together. I have mics and a nice partial PA that would work and a temporary place to practice for a few months to start out. Any interest, tell me about you, what you play and anything else.
