Description
Meet Shemp! He is a lovely boy that I have had for a couple of years but unfortunately will need to find him a new home due to moving sometime this year. He's a little skittish and isn't a fan of being picked up, but he enjoys the occasional head scratch! Due to working, I haven't had as much time to spend with him and I feel like he would be much happier with someone who can provide him with what he needs. I'm sure with some work and time he could make the perfect companion for someone.
He's roughly 2 years old and weighs about 4 pounds. His fur is very thick and soft and requires upkeep of daily groomings as he sheds like crazy. His father was an English Angora, his mother was a California. Unfortunately, he cannot be kept with males as he can be quite territorial, and as he isn't neutered other females are also out of the question unless spayed, though I have not tried to bond him with another rabbit.
Shemp will not be coming with his cage or dog pen as someone else has already laid claim to that, and what toys he had left are destroyed. He will however be coming with what's left of his food. If you require a box to take him home, I have that covered.
I'm asking for a small rehoming fee of $15 to ensure he goes to someone who will actually want him.
Please call or text me at the number
and I hope that Shemp can be a wonderful new addition to your family!
