Our family owned company is looking to fill 1 - 2 full time positions. More about our company can be found here: Job Description: Project manager for new construction of commercial warehouse buildings and property management for around 30 commercial buildings situated on approximately 10 commerce parks. Duties include sweeping out units, acoustical ceiling repair, drywall and paint repair, contract administration of sub trades, etc. Qualifications: Good communication skills Ability to read (or learn to read) basic plans Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work M-F Construction or building management experience Self-starter and ability to manage projects without supervision Full time Basic computer skills; data entry and email (or the ability to learn) Tools and skills a plus Job Location & Hours: Throughout central Florida, most of the work is in the Taft / South Orlando areas. Flexible work hours, generally M-F 8:00 – 4:00 PM. Some weekend hours are periodically required. Some weeks can be made to be a lot less than 40 hours, others more, to more or less average 40 hours per week.
