Job description HMW, an established 110+ year-old production machine and fabrication shop located in Addison, TX is looking for a sheet metal grinder & assembly worker. State of the art machining,welding, and fab shop located in nice neighborhood. (SHOP IS CLIMATE CONTROLLED) 10 Hour Shifts (M-F 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM) Some Weekends. We pay time and a half (1.5) after 40 hours. Responsibilities and Duties Skill sets and Duties required but not limited to: - Ability to work and handle the pressure of a fast pace environment - Able to lift at minimum 60 lbs -Ability to meet or exceed daily production quotas -Use of hand tools such as electric grinders and air tools -Ability to work well with others within various departments - Steel toe boots will be required -Forklift experience is a bonus Benefits 401k up to 4% matched & Profit sharing program 90 Day review & raise after date of hiring Annual performance based reviews with potential bonuses or raises.
