Apartment maintenance technician

Looking for a maintenance technician who has experience in the apartment industry. Must be a jack of all trades and be able to run work orders that range from fixing air conditioners and heaters to appliances, Makeready‘s, Paint etc. must have at least five years experience in the apartment Industry and must have references for at least four years on the same job. We are not looking for job hoppers and we are looking for long-term maintenance personnel. We have had the same owner same management company for over 30 years. Very solid company and several employees have been here for over 20 years.
