Understory is hiring for a full time custodial role. Our focus is always maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and guests which is why this role is crucial in our overall success. Role Responsibilities will include: - Time management of cleanliness schedule - Maintaining our three spaces (Event, Lounge, and Commons) plus our communal Hallway and Patio. - Keeping open communication with Management on any needs - Assisting in keeping the outside areas looking up to standard - Following all sanitary guidelines set by the Health Department and WRB/Understry Job Requirements are as follows: - WRB/Understory requires all staff to be vaccinated/boosted - Availability in the morning/afternoon 5 days a week (not including Monday) - Typical shift varies from 5-8 hours pending cleaning needs - Must be able to follow weekly schedule and complete tasks up to company standards This role has some flexibility in the schedule which can be discussed in interviewing. The role starts out at $15/hour and at full time employment, you are offered the option in insurances (medical, vision, and dental), 401k, short term disability coverage, accrue paid time off, and a company discount.
