Maintenance helper needed for 76 units in 2 complex's both located in Corvallis. Looking for a honest and reliable person with a vehicle, license and insurance. Having your own tools would be a bonus but not necessary. Must be able to work as a team as well as on your own and complete tasks in a timely matter. Hoping to find someone with experience in painting and staining, interior trim, light electrical and plumbing. Will train someone willing to commit to 6 months of steady work.
