All work will be done on the Travis Airforce Base so there is very little traveling time between jobs. We are given homes that was previously lived in and the family had moved out of. We go in after the home is vacant and make any necessary repairs, change out toilet seats, replace light bulbs if needed, change out light fixtures if needed, check all light switches and plugins and repair any if needed, patch holes in walls, clean gutters if needed, ect, ect, ect... We also paint the interior if needed so if you can paint thats a plus but not necessary. Most of the work you will do is not hard to do if you already know how to do maintance. There is a time frame per house but you are given enough time to do what is needed to be done. This position is paid by the house not by the hour. Since it is on the airforce base you will need your id or drivers license, social security card, and proof of registration for your vehicle. If you have a real id you wont need your social security card. If you dont have an id but you have a passport that will work also. In order to get on the base besides needing those things they will run a criminal background check if you know you cant pass it then there is no reason to inquire about the position because you have to pass it, if your not sure let me know and we will find out. This position is Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 5 somedays may be shorter. You will be working under a 1099 as self employed.
