Description
Established Property Management company is seeking a qualified Maintenance Engineers.. Must have general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repair and installation, Demo etc.. Regular hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm although the position does require periodic varied change in work schedule including evening and weekends. Overtime and on-call are also periodically required. Must have reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Maintenance position requires on call for after hours emergencies. Physical requirements for this position include but not limited to light to heavy lifting, standing, bending, climbing ladders, walking on rooftops, use of hand tools (manual and motorized). Compensation includes Medical and life insurance as well as mileage reimbursement for travel between properties. Email salary requirements and resume.
