Job purpose
Operations Specialist is responsible for organizing and recording all movement of products and expected to maintain a professional and effective relationship with all internal and external parties. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Process orders, returns, or exchanges
Provide basic customer service such as order status, receiving orders, and light technical support
Data entry for sales order and invoice entry
Communicate with customers, sales representatives and warehouse staffs for accurate and efficient order fulfillment
General sales lead
Review contracts and apply correct discount rate to sales orders and invoices
Customer Retention; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Communicate with sales team regarding customer’s current status, issue and situation, etc.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in related field
