Job purpose Operations Specialist is responsible for organizing and recording all movement of products and expected to maintain a professional and effective relationship with all internal and external parties. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties and responsibilities  Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information  Process orders, returns, or exchanges  Provide basic customer service such as order status, receiving orders, and light technical support  Data entry for sales order and invoice entry  Communicate with customers, sales representatives and warehouse staffs for accurate and efficient order fulfillment  General sales lead  Review contracts and apply correct discount rate to sales orders and invoices  Customer Retention; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution  Manage large amounts of incoming calls  Communicate with sales team regarding customer’s current status, issue and situation, etc. Qualifications  Customer service skills  Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening  People oriented  Strong communication skills  Multi-task  Time management  Problem Solving  Product knowledge  Ability to work under pressure Requirements  Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience  Experience: 0-2 years of experience in related field Department - Operation Reports To - Senior Operations Specialist Non Exempt position Compensation DOE (negotiable) Please submit your resume to [email protected]
