Job Description:
-Manage incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer product inquiries, sales orders
Issues Concerns etc.
-Customer order status, pricing and availability
-Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales
-Process Customer Order
-Build strong relationships with customers, other sales associates, store managers, and market directors.
Qualifications
-Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
-Must possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
-Capable of engaging customers quickly and effectively
-Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
-Must communicate effectively, written and verbal as well as good people skills.
Additional information:
-Bilingual English-Spanish
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong computer Skills
Schedule M-F: 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $16-$18 DOE
