A Largo located manufacturer that makes components & panels is hiring for a Shop Labor Helper/ material handler to join their team. The responsibilities of this position include loading/unloading, sorting, lifting, and helping out with labor as needed. You will be cross trained on Edge bander and Vertical Drill Machines. An ideal candidate has the ability to work hands on and stand for long periods of time. Someone who is willing to learn and pick up on new tasks is necessary. Experience with woodworking & or CNC experience is a plus! Candidate must be able to commit to the schedule and have reliable transportation. This is a full time position with growth opportunity for the right individual! Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with overtime opportunity- no weekends! Once you are able to operate independently, your hours may change to an earlier shift. Qualifications: -Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience -Have to be eager to learn and be a team player -Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time -Reliable transportation Starting pay: $16.00 per hour with performance based increases after the probationary period.
