Seeking music partner

I am seeking someone to play music with. I am a beginner/intermediate in piano and acoustic guitar, meaning I play every day, understand most of the vocab. I know the scales and how to form chords, etc.; but have limited experience playing/jamming with others. I'm happy to play pretty much any modern music-- rock, blues, pop, country, etc.. Radiohead is my favorite band and I also listen to a lot of Grateful Dead. I have a private indoor space we could use in downtown Issaquah (an extra office next to the one I use for my business). Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are the best times for me to meet during the daytime. I could also meet after 7:45pm most nights. I'd be open to either of two different relationships: 1) Someone who wants to try to play together, do the best we can, and see what happens. 2) Someone more experienced who wants to help me improve-- in which case I'd be happy to pay for the time.
