Urgent need for transporter to Neuter a very friendly stray

Hi, I am involved in animal rescue, am disabled and do not drive. An extremely friendly young kitty is in heat around my apartment complex in Redlands. I've made contact and I can definitely get him/her into a carrier. I am full with fosters/rescues and cannot take him/her in or I would because s/he is very very sweet. I am not connected with a rescue group in this area, nor am I on facebook, so I'm coming to the Craigslist community hoping to connect with someone into rescue who could help this little sweetie out. Please help out by either posting on fb, or connecting me with a local rescue group, or transporting him/her to a neutering clinic. I'm afraid that the crying sounds are going to attract coyotees or irritate neighbors to call the animal police on him, which would be tragic. I just can't bring him into this small apartment with the others I have...I've set up a safe little bed area outside, and check on him throughout the night, but he's wandering around, circling back here because he likes me and really wants to play with my kitties in the window. This cat is ready to be someone's pet, he's friendly to humans & animals, not traumatized, is healthy, gorgeous and does not require socialization. If he's left outside, all this could change of course. I feel like s/he's just beginning to go into heat, or s/he's crying because she's been abandoned or lost. It's so sad to hear the crying as I type this at 2 in the morning... Please let me know if you can help out by posting on facebook or transporting..thank you!
