Need dog cart or harness

we are in need of a dog cart for a dog about 50 to 60lbs. He has problems walking, standing, eating, drinking, you name it. He is getting too big to use a strap leash type thing we currently use on him and a cart of his own is desperately needed. If you or someone you know has one or something similar that they can donate it would be very much appreciated by a pup in need.. He's about 50 to 60lbs and growing. His name is Able, and although he is Disabled and hits his head on the table he is ready and willing and able to be stable just needs a little help is all! Thanks much.
