Apartment maintenance person. Job duties includes general maintenance of apartment buildings, getting apartments ready to rent and landscape maintenance. Job skills desired include painting, carpeting, tile/vinyl flooring, minor electrical and plumbing projects. Changing door knobs, locks, faucets, etcetera. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required.
