STILLWATER, MN — All students in Stillwater Area Schools can access free meals this fall. The announcement comes after the U.S. Department of Agriculture waived all fees for school meals through Dec. 31. School officials say the free meals come from an extension of the same program that provided 185,000 meals to families throughout spring's distance learning period and into the summer.
