REALLY! Welcome to Hillcrest signs mounted on the sides of garbage containers?? What's next, mounting them on the huge metal garbage dumpsters? Come on folks. I realize that Hillcrest has become a dump, with Street people passed out on almost every corner, garbage cans overflowing onto the sidewalk, human urine and feces stinking up the air and idiots constantly riding their electric scooters and bikes on the sidewalk putting pedestrians in danger. What needs to happen is that the city needs to purchase garbage cans that CAN NOT be GOTTEN INTO, torn apart or knocked into the street by the street people. Putting expensive signs on garbage containers is like putting lipstick on a pig!!!!
