We create custom products locally out of our fabrication shop in Bessemer, AL to service our client base in the Birmingham metro and beyond! Our glazing packages include industrial-grade sealants, shims, waterproofing and weather-stripping, ensuring that our products are air/watertight and offer smooth operability. Check out some of our projects on our website: Job Tasks: Install hardware for doors & windows Caulk & silicone doors & windows Glaze doors & windows in shop & on job sites Properly maintain equipment and tools Receive all glass and glazing supplies & assist in inventory control Load & unload finished products & materials Build crates Skills/Experience: Previous experience installing doors & windows or construction/building experience Ability to work independently or in a team environment Time management skills Attention to detail Good communication skills Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations Ability to work well with your hands Minimum Qualifications: Valid Driver's License & clean driving record (comfortable driving company vehicles) Ability to operate a forklift What We Offer: Competitive pay: $15-25 hourly (depending on experience) On the job training Paid holidays 401(k) matching
