Our Dog is hurt need advice

We have no money. Does anyone know of a place in town that will see our dog with no payment up front? He has short legs and jumped from a short table we think. He had trouble yesterday with it. Yelped a few time. But this morning his neck is swollen and he can't walk and trouble breathing. Any ones help would be great.
