From the City of Half Moon Bay California: February 28, 2020 It's almost time to cast your vote for the March 3 Presidential Primary Election. Learn where you can return your ballot between now and Tuesday, March 3. Every registered voter in San Mateo County was mailed a ballot 29 days before the election. Any vote by mail ballot may be returned to any Ballot Drop Box in the County, via US mail, or to a San Mateo County Voting Center. In Half Moon Bay, you can return your ballots to the following locations: Curbside drop-off will be available outside of the Emergency Operations Center, (537 Kelly Avenue) on Saturday, February 29 and Tuesday, March 3. Ballot drop off is also available at: City Hall, 501 Main Street, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. through end of day Tuesday, March 3. Half Moon Bay Library, 620 Correas Street, Monday-Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday: 1 to 5 p.m. through end of day Tuesday, March 3. Senior Coastsiders, 925 Main Street, Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Friday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. through end of day Tuesday, March 3. The vote center at the EOC will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day and on election day (Tuesday, March 3) will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you are a registered voter, but do not have a ballot, you can visit a voting center to receive and fill out a ballot.
