Removal of Old Flag Pole & Install of New One

I am looking for someone this weekend (Mar 5th-6th) to: 1. Remove and dispose of my current flag pole (tall, free-standing in yard. Photos enclosed) 2. level the base of the removed flag pole as best as possible 3. install a new flag pole (anchored to house). Amazon product link for flag pole to be installed is: I do not have the tools required for this work, so you must be able to provide them When installing the new flag pole, protective equipment may be required (due to the nature of the insulation in my home).
