Concrete/Shotcrete Laborers for Swimming Pools (Tucson) compensation: $15.00 per hour or DOE (opportunity to make up to $100,000) employment type: full-time Desert Shotcrete is an expanding Tucson, Arizona business. We are a swimming pool construction subcontractor that has been in business over 40 years. We are looking for hard working, responsible, full time swimming pool shotcrete laborers. We will train. You MUST have a valid drivers license. We are also looking for hard working, responsible, full time crew members to train for these positions WHAT WE OFFER: • Our company will pay your individual and family health insurance --100% • We pay two bonuses annually based on performance • We have a lucrative profit-sharing plan • We offer a paid vacation and paid time off • Your pay will depend on how many years of experience and skill level • Our experienced employees can make up to $100,000 annually • Year-round work Monday to Friday RESPONSIBILITIES: • Report to work on time • Safely operates power equipment and hand tools • Inspects and maintains nozzle(s) and hose(s) to insure proper and safe installation of material(s). • Makes proper repairs as necessary and immediately reports any deficiencies which may present safety or quality concerns to the supervisor. • Assists Shotcrete crew with placement of plastic to protect area surrounding equipment and work areas. • Assists Shotcrete crew in set up / break down of jobsite tools and equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: • Technical knowledge of concrete materials and shotcrete operational procedures. • Self-sufficient and reliable means of transportation to and from work. • Hiring is contingent on successful candidate having a clear MVR. • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. • Participate in a paid trial period for up to 2 weeks. • Bilingual (Spanish & English) language skills is a plus. • A positive, professional attitude.
