*_Be a part of something special!_* We're looking for well-spoken, energetic *Brand Ambassadors / Event Reps *to explain the Renewal by Andersen products and services to homeowners that are visiting stores and attending events throughout the area. Being a Brand Ambassador requires the ability to have conversations with ease, answer objections and keep a positive attitude. Brand Ambassadors travel to and from events with setup items, so reliable transportation is required. In this role, we partner with different events ranging from Home and Garden shows to Art and Car festivals as well as retail stores such as ace Hardware. At these events, a booth or kiosk space is set up where we are answering any questions for customers looking to replace there windows and doors, but our main priority is to set them up with one of our project consultants to price these jobs. We also provide a hands on training to help our team thrive and compete in the field. Pay ranges from an average of 28-32 an hour based off of an hourly rate with added bonuses/ commissions with the ability to earn more.
