Fast growing company looking for qualified applicants (employees and subcontractors) to join us for the position of a general laborer and crew helper. If the requirements listed below describes you, please reply. You need a truck, ready to work and have some of your own hand tools. If you take pride in your work and are good employee, AKP Services wants to put you to work. If you are a small company with your own crew, we are looking for subcontractors as well. We have a lot of work in the East Valley. Starting salary of $18 - $21. per hour with experience with potential to be promoted to supervisory role and increased pay. For applicants that prefer to be paid per job, we also offer "piece work" for compensation. Job description includes, but not limited to: - Demolition of apartment interiors - Installing plastics (light switches, electrical covers, coax jacks, A/C registers, etc.) - Installing electrical components (light fixtures, receptacles, ceiling fans etc.). - Installing plumbing components (sinks, faucets, hardware, supply lines, bathroom trim kits etc.) - Installing cabinet doors and hardware - Light duty painting Qualifications / Requirements - Attention to detail - Able to work with a team without conflict - Must have exceptional time management skill - Have your own tools - Must have your own reliable truck - Must be able to pass a background check - Must be able to pass a drug test NOTE - Depending on property, weekends and evening shifts are available.
