WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN — Washington County shifted more "blue" from 2016 to 2020, according to the initial election results, even when accounting for the surge in voter turnout. Joe Biden received more than 22,000 votes in 2020 than Hillary Clinton did in 2016. Trump received only 9,321 more votes in 2020 compared to his performance in 2016.
