About: In this on-line live course, you will learn the essentials that keep us vibrant, relaxed and full of life again!
The 4 Week workshop starts March 12 and will take place every Saturday from 9-11AM from the comfort of your own home.
The program includes:
* 60 min yoga class with asanas, pranayama, relaxation
* Community support and connection in a positive space to rise out of old habits and replace them with ones that nurture our growth
* Workshop and education on weekly themes:
Week 1 we will learn to move again
Week 2 we will learn to breathe again
Week 3 we will learn to eat well again
Week 4 we will learn to relax and meditate
* Learn about the 5 points of yoga integral to health and causes of our stress
* Having fun and being yourself :)
* Accountability and personalized homework
