Dummer looking for a room

Hi there! I'm a drummer trying to find a room in a house or apartment where I could play my drums. I would be looking to pay up to about $1200 including utilities. I AM NOT A BROKE MUSICIAN, I HAVE A JOB. I also have an adorable dog who is house broken, friendly and doesn't bark. Musically, my main focus was jazz for many years, but I'm getting really into hip-hop lately. Would love to jam and contribute to any household music projects!
