Ball Python Needs New Home

I am moving soon and my new apartment doesn't permit exotic pets. I need to rehome my elderly Ball Python. Her name is Gertie and she is full of attitude. She is approximately 35ish years old and I've had her since 2012. She has her own tank complete with a soaking pond, climbing tree, hideaway, tank stand, automated mister with 2-gallon reservoir, humidity/temperature monitor, under-tank heating pad, regular light, and radiant lamp. I also have a bag of reptile bark, vitamin solution, dechlorination solution, 2 frozen rats, and scale/shedding medication to send with her. Her tank and setup cost $800+ back in 2012. I am asking for a rehoming fee of $200 for her tank and associated equipment. Price is negotiable. My primary concern is finding her a good home. Please email me if interested. Pick-up only.
