Hiring Short Term Rental Cleaner

We are currently looking for a professional cleaning person for our short-term vacation rentals (Airbnb’s) in Long Beach, CA. We are looking for a cleaner who has excellent attention to detail and can THOROUGHLY clean after each guest check-out. Must be able to completely clean, do laundry, turn over beds in between guest check-out time at 11:00 am and check-in time at 4:00 pm. Will also be responsible for leaving our fresh towels, paper towels, toilet paper, sponge, coffee, water and refilling hand soap. Cleaner MUST be responsive to messaging, have reliable transportation and reliable smart phone. Cleaner must have an open schedule and be very flexible as schedule is subject to change based on bookings. You will be paid PER TURN. You can expect daily work more than 90% of the time. Weekly average of 25 to 30 hours per week. Must be available weekdays and weekends. Cleaning supplies, guest consumables and amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, home supplies, changes of sheets will be provided by Turnover manager for your use. Pay starts at $50 for two (2) bedroom (1) bath residence at 800 square feet, and goes up to $75 for a three (3) bedroom one (1) bathroom residence, pay is double for occasional deep cleans. These are all Airbnbs, often guests only stay one or two nights, so there is as much hospitality and staging of the residence as there is cleaning. We will provide training from our turnover Manager.
