Paladino Paving and Concrete is seeking a self-motivated Site Work Project Manager to be a job site lead for our team. We focus primarily on large-scale commercial projects and some residential homes within New Jersey. The Project Manager is responsible for the supervision and administration of individual projects and is directly accountable for the day-to-day coordination of activities of the project. The Project manager will report to the company President. Skills and Experience: Knowledge of common components (concrete, masonry, pipework, drainage and grading) Ability to read and execute construction documents Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment Ability to work independently Responsibilities: Review project documents including construction drawings and shop drawings Procure tools and materials as required by contract documents Provide weekly site updates and work plan Communicate and coordinate onsite needs with subcontractors and vendors Maintain site safety protocols and Covid 19 safety protocols Establish and maintain project labor efficiency Maintain project documentation, including product submittals
