Lawn, Ornamental and Pest Control Technician (Multi-Tasker) Flowers Turf and Pest Management, Inc. - Melbourne, FL Looking for a full-time technician to start right away. Experience not necessary, we will train. The position will provide service to residential and to commercial customers. Applicants are required to have: • Clean driving record with a valid FL driver's license. • A background check will be done. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds. • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. • A good work ethic: reliable, punctual, and communicates professionally with customers to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. • Must be able to use a tablet. • High school diploma or GED. Responsibilities: • Applies fertilizers and pesticides to lawns and ornamentals according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions. • Applies insecticides for interior/exterior for home pest control. • Drives company vehicle - so you must be comfortable driving a large truck. • Writes condition notes on customer invoices and in tablet. • Maintains vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance. • General maintenance on vehicles and around facility. • Ability to work with limited supervision and complete all scheduled production. • Other duties as assigned. Pay is commissioned based and can be from $75.00 - $200.00 per day. We are family owned and operated. We have been in business for 42 years.
