Im a property flipper and I have multiple projects going on at all times. looking for a punch list guy who can do paint touch ups, mud work, stucco, finish carpentry, light plumbing and light electrical. no big jobs just usually odds and end on jobs averaging a couple of days a week. must have all you own tools, ready to start in the morning, and be reliable. send pics of your work and skills along with desired pay.
