Condo is located in a quiet, secured, building with 7 other units within walking distance to the beach, coastal trail and downtown HMB, easy freeway access for commuting. At home, enjoy an ocean view from your bedroom, lots of light, ample closet space, Wifi, cable TV. Private bathroom, shared kitchen and living space, W/D in unit, balcony with BBQ. I love music, getting out and being active in the local community, and I really enjoy taking pictures of our stellar view and our local wildlife, pets, too, from the coastal trail. I have rented to people traveling in and out of the tech sector in Silicon Valley. Because I tend to be on the super clean side --I would want that in my roommate. I am a gentle person who just wants to have a positive impact on those around me.
