It ain't easy. Feeling like a man without a country these days. Aesthetics are a bitch. Music: I like pop songs of the 60's 70's and 80's... British Invasion and Girl Groups of the 60's... New Wave 80's. Various stuff from more modern times... novelty hits like on those old silly compilation albums. Various modern pop guilty pleasures like I don't Care (I Love It) by Icono-Pop, Call Me Maybe by CR Jepsen, Blank Space by T.Swift Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who(early), Pixies, Pavement, Doors, Ween, Naked Eyes, ABC, Jesus & Mary Chain, Smiths, Cure, Culture Club, Ramones, Oasis, Queen, David Bowie, Violent Femmes, Tommy James, Peter Bjorn & John, PULP, Jarvis Cocker... I hate stuff by Tool, Puscifier, Alice in Chains, Godsmack, Candlebox, Rage, Korn, Mudvayne, Incubus, and on and on... Also I hate hip-hop and rap in general. (unless it's West End Girls by Pet Shop Boys or Rapture by Blondie, or Cross-Eyed and Painless by Talking Heads... or One Night in Bangkok by Murray Head... So, you can see I'm in a bit of an artistic fix here living in Sarasota. A real sticky wicket as they say. Maybe this ad will strike a chord with someone... maybe not. I am 51 years of age. But don't look a day over 49. 48? Consumed by disgust and misery. HMU. ;-)
