Job Description HOUSEKEEPER/JANITOR Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for a Exterior Porter to support North Star Mall in San Antonio, TX. Pay Rate: $12.00/ Hour Available Shift: 6AM-12:30PM CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean/maintain floors Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing). Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas). Follow assigned schedule. Perform other general cleaning duties as needed. POSITION REQUIEMENTS Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test. Physical requirements of the job consist of repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking.
