Nice mobile home and RV park needs Property Maintenance Manager. 75% of the mobile homes are owned by Tenants, so no maintenance to be done on those. We have, and strive to maintain good relations with our residents, and to provide a clean well-maintained property for them. Pride of ownership
This position is ideal for maintenance manager who has experience in living on-site and running a mobile home or RV park. People skills, dealing with tenants and prospective tenants and basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical maintenance is required.
Should be energetic, self-motivated with strong customer service capabilities and attention to detail. Prior experience doing maintenance at a mobile home and RV park would be helpful.
About the Maintenance Manager Job:
Hands-on general maintenance abilities, supervisory capabilities, and the ability to meet timelines and schedules. Some, but not all, tasks are mowing common areas, rule enforcement, site inspections, installation of water meters and mobile homes.
Water and Sewer leak repair and overall knowledge of Mobile Home and RV Parks and Mobile Home Set up is important. Remodeling mobile homes. We are approved for 140 lots and over time we want to bring in mobile homes and sell them. The capacity and knowledge to add infrastructure is also important. For the most part we keep all maintenance work inhouse. Please have professional appearance and be courteous to our residents. You should be reachable most of the day and evening for emergencies.
About the Compensation:
Salary $35,000 - 47,000 base pay per year but depends on experience. We will provide onsite housing in compensation package and significant bonus for filling vacant mobile home pads.
