I'm a Yoga Alliance certified RYT-200 Hr. and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. My everyday practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully and find strength to help others. As a yoga instructor, I wish to help beginner yogis feel comfortable in their practice, learn essential postures, and ensure a safe practice for everyone. It's not a workout it's work in. Vaccinated. New students and beginners welcome Classes start at 60$/h in SF.
