Description

We are looking for a dependable maintenance and building tech to join our team. Job Description: Walk grounds and through buildings daily and pick up any garbage Empty garbage cans inside and outside as needed Perform general maintenance such as change filters, lightbulbs, ceiling tiles, unstop toilets, basic plumbing and electrical repairs Help set up for events as needed Maintain grounds including blowing leaves, trimming small tree limbs as needed Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to operate various types of equipment including trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment. Ability to use hand tools such as drills and hammers Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments. Ability to work with others. Excellent time management skills. Previous experience preferred. On-the-job training offered. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling. Must be physically able to operate power equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
