 26-35 hours per week  Monday thru Thursday / Start Time 7 am  $11/hr. + mileage and drive time reimbursement The Associate will be performing resets or merchandising as assigned. Must be willing travel out of town and work for the week as needed. The Associate will be representing CM/ARG working new item cut ins or resets at grocery stores only. Stores are worked on a 2 week cycle. In-store time for grocery visits is varied, depending on the project listed but usually 240 minutes.  Retailers: Independent Grocery Stores  Products: All grocery, frozen, and dairy sections  Tasks: Cut in new items, reset work as needed  Qualifications: Willing to work all required resets. Be able to take and follow instructions. Interact with all team members assigned to the project. These project are physical. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, and stoop. Must be able to work on knees for bottom shelves and lift/move shelving independently.  Work environment: Retail store environment with some travel. Some projects include early mornings (i.e. 4-5am), overnight travel, weekends or nights and holidays. Language Skills: English is the primary language skill, however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.  You must have access to reliable transportation. The reliable transportation must be able to transport you and task materials a minimum of forty miles from your home to execute a variety of work. Operating a Personal or Company-provided Vehicle: In the event the associate drives a personal or Company-provided vehicle for business purposes, the associate is required to maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license and the minimum auto insurance coverage specified by the associate’s state of residence.
