Handyman needed

I’m looking for a handyman, preferably jack of all trades (painting, minor electrical and plumbing, framing and woodwork, etc), pay is negotiable and based on level of experience. And just to be upfront, if you tell me you have experience that you do not have then you will be wasting mine and your time by applying. Must have own hand tools, valid license and reliable transportation. Must be drug and alcohol free (what you do on your own time is your business but if it comes on my job-sites it will result in immediate termination ).
