Starting pay 40k-55k depending on ability and attitude Yearly raises. Paid holidays. Most weekends off. 4 weeks paid vacation accrued 1 week every 3 months. 1099 position. Required: Must be competent with basic tools or the ability to learn. Be able to lift up to 80 Lb from time to time. Have valid license and transportation. Be able to work one Sunday a month. Be able to work outside. Good attitude. No hard drugs. This is a general labor position. Most duties include light construction. Carpentry skills is a big plus, or being generally handy, but willing to train the right person. Other duties vary widely from cleaning to fishing. This is a laid back environment with set hours but flexibility is fine with some notice. I.e. you need a day off here or there or a 3/4 day weekend. We shoot for 8 hr days but some days will be longer, for the longer days there’s also plenty of shorter days. This is a year round position but the work load is heavier in the spring/summer seasons Shop is located in Bridgman, mi but we work all over the sw mi and northern Indiana area.
