FOUND Kitten with Pink Collar

Last few days ive seen this kitten with a Pink collar trapped under her forearm and neck, She came running when I called out to her, shes SUPER friendly and is used to other pets. White Paws, White neck, Looks to be about 4months to a year old. She was found off of 49 and 601 in the Summerlin@Concord Apartments.
