Leprocon, a charity fundraiser bar crawl set to take place in the village of Goshen on March 5th, 2022. About this event Leprocon, a charity fundraiser bar crawl for the Goshen food pantry set to take place in the village of Goshen on March 5th, 2022. How to participate: All tickets bought in advance can be purchased for $45 through online. There will be approximately 200 tickets for sale online. All participants will be given a wristband upon check-in as well as a T-shirt for the event. How to play the game: The bar crawl players must registered at craft brewery between 11:30 am and 12 pm. The locations for the event will be as followed, Brew Craft 47 New Street tavern Delancys Kelley Jeans There will be a maximum of 10 teams with teammates ranging from 10 to 20 players. The team colors will be; black, white, Red, orange, Crystal, green, gold, blue, sky blue, and gray. Each team will assign a team captain and the team captain can name their teams. All five bars will have 1 extra large leprechaun pot to receive donations through out the day. For every Dollar donated to the Leprechauns clover pot you recieve an additional Leprocoins to play another round against the other team. For every round, all team mates MUST PLAY to stay. The game will begin at approximately 12 PM. Two teams will start at one of the five locations and they will rotate to another assigned location every hour on the hour and compete against a new team at each location for Leprocoins. Within the hour each location all teams will have to compete against the opposing team with a game such as; connect four, Irish ring toss, pool, cornhole, table ring toss and other appropriate table games (depending on the location). All players competing against another team must wage one Leprocoin per round and they may play a second round for double or nothing. The Leprecops will referee the games. With teams having approximately 10 through 20 players there will also be a scavenger hunt that they can do throughout the entire day. There will be a series of hidden horses around the village of Goshen that the teams could find during the day to acquire more points. These points will be tallied up at the end of the day for bonus points and they can verify the discoveries with a photograph at the closing ceremony. (Take photos and videos for points confirmation) While teams are competing against other teams other team players can solve Irish riddles before the end of the hour per location to increase their lead.
