Due to our continued significant growth as a company, we are seeking a driven, dedicated, and team oriented individual to join the Provost Companies team as a Landscape Maintenance Laborer. Primary Duties: o Landscape laboring, including mulching, pruning, mowing, trimming, etc. o Ensure that the customer’s needs are being met and exceeded. o Create a safe and effective work environment for all. Qualifications: o No experience is required. PCI is willing to train new associates. o 2 years of experience in the landscape management field is preferred and will command higher wages. General Requirements: o Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is a plus but not required. o Team player who is very organized, pays high attention to detail in all area of work, and willingness to learn and teach other members of the team. o Provides great customer service and has strong communication skills. o The ability to adapt to company advances and growth. o Ability to work in various weather conditions. o Good physical condition with the ability to lift 40 lbs. o The ability to always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
