Searching for an Assistant Shop Manager/Able Bodied Workers for fiberglass manufacturing. ** Industry specific skill set is not required. We will train. ** Construction, framing, or other building experience is a plus. Common sense is worth more than any other experience. Position duties for Assistant Shop Manager focus on relaying work direction from Production Manager to Department Leads and questions or concerns back to the Production Manager. Checking in on production and workflow. We are a small crew and are looking for help to grow. Able Bodied Workers can be utilized in any department. ** Applicants must be motivated and like to keep busy. We have a lot of work to do. ** Bi-Lingual is a plus. Spanish only is okay. No background checks. 60/40 medical, dental, vision and life benefits are offered after 90 day probationary period. Pay is DOE. We are looking for multiple people who can show up, get work done and get paid.
