This workshop is for anyone who's experienced a toxic or unhealthy relationship and is looking to heal and empower themselves. Through guided meditation, powerful visualization, community connection, and heart-centered teaching and coaching, Stephanie will take you on a beautiful journey of healing, liberation, and empowerment. In this workshop you’ll learn all about what exactly makes a relationship toxic, the obstacles that hold us back from receiving healthy love, ways to stop the unhealthy relationship cycle, and the steps you can start taking to reclaim your power and receive the love you deserve. *Workshop will take place at the Dhyana Yoga Studio at MindTree **Masks are required since this is an indoor space at a medical facility.
